Leonard Stanley Hernandez, 75, of Kihei passed away on March 11, 2019 peacefully with his family by his side. He was born on September 16, 1943 to the late John and Lucy Hernandez. Leonard is predeceased by his loving wife, Edith “Pua” Hernandez.

Leonard is survived by Daughters; Danyal Correia, Tammy (Richard) Manuel, Lena (Dan) Slusarek, Marisa Hernandez and Son; Daniel Hernandez along with five grandchildren; Tiana-Lynn, Riley, Dylan, Aiden and Nyssa. In addition, his Sisters; Rose Marie Del Castillo, Karen Kaneaiakala and Brother; Michael Hernandez

Visitation will be held at 8:30am on Friday March 29, 2019 at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului and Services will begin 9:00am.

The burial will follow at 11:00am at Maui Veteran Cemetery in Makawao.
