Obituary for Darryl Leslie Ellis
Darryl was born on September 4, 1960 and passed away on September 7, 2019 at the age of 59.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Means- Ellis; mother Jackie Lee; son Gregory Ellis; stepchildren Kamal Pfeifle, Kareem (Beamer) Pfeifle, Tahira Pfeifle, Tracey and Charles Robinson; grandchildren Oliver Ellis, step grandchildren Brittany Wildermuth, Heaven and Destiny Robinson, Lawaia Pfeifle.
He served in the US Navy for 8 years as a cook and was medically discharged at age 28 with Multiple sclerosis. He served as an usher at Kings Cathedral Church.
Services at Kings Cathedral on Thursday, September 19 at 10 a.m. Lunch to follow.
At 1 p.m., he will be laid to rest at the Makawao Veteran’s Cemetery.
