He is survived by his daughter Lurlyn M. Scott and son Kevin Kalei Wallett of Haiku, Maui, two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at his residence in Ocean View on Sunday, September 29, 2-7pm.
