Blossom Puanani Peralta, 70, of Waikapu, Maui, passed away Peacefully on October 09, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on August 10, 1949, in Wailuku, Maui.
Blossom retired from Maui Memorial Medical Center as a Housekeeper.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at Ballard Family Mortuary; service will begin at 5:00 p.m. and cremation will follow.
Blossom is survived by her daughter, Desiree “Kanoe” Visaya (Gregory Jr.); Siblings, Ephraim Kaaihue, George Hoopai (Kylie Rae), Rosemary Golis (Fernando), Beverly Kanani Domingo (Alex “deceased”), Jo Ann Peralta, and Marlene Peralta; Grandchildren, Ashley Taylor Peralta, Shanti Rae Visaya, Hailey Ryann Visaya, Kory Joshua Visaya, and Randy Nicholas Visaya.
She is Predeceased by her parents, Primitivo and Mary “Malia” Peralta; Brothers, Primo Peralta Jr, Randy Peralta, Kenneth Kalei Hoopai Jr.
