He is survived by spouse Teeranan; mother, Patricia Welter of Camino, CA; sisters, Paula Joy Welter of Sacramento, CA; Pamela Kuck of Shawano, WI; Laurie Smith of Camino, CA; Julie Rimoldi of Camino, CA; brothers Matthew Welter of Nevada City, CA; and Bart Welter of Columbus, OH. (One other brother, Christopher Paul Welter is deceased.)
