She is survived by her father, Charles M. Rafael; siblings, Charles M. Rafael Jr. (Vickie), Colleen Hauptman ( Thomas), Chris M. Rafael (Rika), Cheryl M. Jarrell; God Daughter, Adrianna Babchuk; French Bull Dog Ida Rose; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Cathlynn is pre deceased by her mother, Amparo Rafael and brother Cameron M. Rafael.
