She is survived by sons Len (Peggy) Kruithof of Waikoloa; Bernard (Janet) Kruithof of San Antonio, Texas; Euft (Barbara) Kruithof of Sonoma, California; brother Didi (Joke) Ruitenschild of the Netherlands; sister Sylvia (John) Cornfield of Mission Viejo, California; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Private services will be held.
