Obituary for Bernard Anthony Rodrigues
Bernard was born on November 9, 1962 in Wailuku. His parents were Manuel and Lillian Rodrigues (both deceased).
Bernard is survived by his three children Sasha (Ikaika) Tanaka, Chelsey (Dedrick) Rittmeister, & Bully Boy (Tiare) Rodrigues. Five grandchildren Avry, Emmi, Karter, Amayah, & Kaira. And former wife Leona Arcangel.
Brothers Jerome Rodrigues (deceased), Greg (Pam) Rodrigues, Leroy (Charmaine) Rodrigues, Jeff (Eileen) Rodrigues. Step mom Juanita Rodrigues, step sister Val (Dan) Bridges and step brothers Mark, Brian, and Chris Moniz. Step sister-in-law Doreen Moniz.
Bernard is also survived by many aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Bernard loved his family, surfing and was known for his genuine aloha spirit. He also worked at the Maui Marriott Ocean Club for about 20 years. He will be missed by many.
Services will be held at Ballard’s Family Mortuary on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 9:30a luncheon to follow.
