Obituary for Clarence Ferreira Jr.
Clarence Ferreira Jr., 65, of Makawao passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Maui Memorial Medical Hospital. He was born on December 13, 1954 to the late Clarence “Ozzie” Ferreira Sr. and Dorothy Burgess (Macanas). He graduated from St. Anthony High School, soon after which he began his 41-year career in the Painting Industry.
Clarence was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend to many. He was very artistic, creative, loved sports, and was an active member and volunteer at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Madelene “Lena”; Sons Casey (Mary) and Corey;
Granddaughters Zoey and Macey; Mother Dorothy Burgess (Macanas); Sisters Leimomi (Doug) Silva and Evonne (James) Miyahira; Brothers Michael (Darlene) Ferreira, Kenneth (Janet) Ferreira and Philip (Dee) Ferreira; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current events, a Mass and celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
