Jerry Linneus Stang, 66, of Kailua Kona, Hawaii, was born in Hastings, Nebraska on October 28, 1950, and passed away on October 30, 2016 in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Jerry worked as a CEO of an electronics company. Jerry was a generous and good man. He cared about people and took care not to hurt or offend, but loved to make all smile with his quick wit and dry sense of humor.
He is survived by spouse Radine Coopersmith; son Martin Stang of Omaha, Nebraska; step daughter Shanah Schaffer of Denver, Colorado; brothers Dan Stang of Omaha, Nebraska; Jeff Stang of San Antonio, Texas; sisters Julie Klawitter of Chicago, Illinois; Joan Lineberry of Montana; JoLynne Henning of Cleveland, Ohio; and three grandchildren.
A Memorial Reception was held.
